All domain names listed at NabName.com are owned by Nab Name. We do not have third party sellers. If you typed in a domain name directly into your browser and it resolved to a listing on this site, we own that domain name.

Retail Price: is the price we set at popular domain marketplaces. Nab Name sometimes has a retail price based on future potential.

BIN: Nab Name visitors, however, may purchase it at a discounted BIN (Buy It Now) price, shown on the domain detail page.

LTO: to make it easier, you may set up a payment plan and pay for the domain name over time. Just let us know that you would like a LTO (Lease To Own).

Lease To Own (LTO) payment plans are monthly payments to pay for a domain name over time. The total monthly payments are higher than the purchase price due to service fees and/or interest.

The LTO is managed by an escrow company (EC). The duration of the term depends on the purchase price and could be between 6 months and 36 months.

• Nab Name transfers the domain to the EC after initial payment by the buyer is made.
• The buyer makes payments directly to the EC.
• Buyer can use the domain immediately by updating the DNS settings. 
• The domain will remain under EC's managed registrar account until the full purchase price is paid in full. Once the payment is completed, EC will assist the buyer with obtaining full control and ownership of the domain.

Any written (email) quote or counter offer (offer) made by Nab Name to a buyer is valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated.

The domain name isn't on hold with an offer. During the offer period, the domain will remain available for purchase, and another buyer may complete the transaction at any time.

Multiple offers may be extended to different buyers for the same domain, and each offer remains valid for its stated period until the domain is sold.

While Nab Name carefully curates premium domains, we can’t guarantee that a name is free from potential trademark or intellectual property claims.

It’s the buyer's responsibility to make sure the domain purchased and how it's used doesn’t infringe on the rights of others. Nab Name is not liable for any legal disputes that may arise once purchased.
